SALARY: $50,000 - $81,950. First year teacher can earn $53,810 by participating in our Three-Year Teacher Mentorship Program ($810) and Performance Pay ($3,000.00 approx.), which is earned and paid the same year. The WESD is comprised of 33 schools (K-6, K-8 and 7-8 and one Online). WESD offers exceptional teacher support for Paid Student Teachers, Alternative Pathways Teachers (Degree outside education), Traditional Student Teachers, and continuing teachers so all teachers feel supported! There are Mentors and an Instructional Coach at every site.
