Job Description:

Hiring Pay Range: $23,400 – $26,200 DOE (pro-rated from $58,500 - $65,500 for a full-time, 1.0 FTE position)

.40 FTE, 16 hours per week

10 months, 206 paid work days per year

Qualifications & Requirements: Possess a degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution; hold a valid Physical Therapy license from the State of Arizona; Arizona Level I-IVPP Fingerprint Clearance card; valid Arizona driver’s license; proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word, Google Suite and specialized IEP software. Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience in the field of physical therapy OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
